Nobreak Infinium Ragtech Reparo...


Olá amigos, esta semana em uma das empresas que presto serviço entrou um nobroak RAGTECH INFINIUM, equipamento de 1000VA, no qual apresenta entrada em bivolt 110/220v e com saída fixa em 115v.


Modelo já fora de linha, mas com bom desempenho e segurança apesar de não ser totalmente processado e contar com adaptadores lógicos de controle variável analógico( os 4 trimpots de ajustes) mas possui ajustes eletrônicos e analise da rotina em eepron (bios).


Pois bem o equipamento pertence há um cartório da cidade e segurava em sua saída 2 maquinas com seus respectivos monitores, ainda "de alto consumo CRT". Pois bem o equipamento armava e desarmava com "instalos".


Uma busca visivel no mesmo ,revelou um dos vários problemas. OS relês estavam ressecados e danificados em seu exterior e pedaços deste material plástico impediam os contatos da chave magnética "relês" e com isso não havia o correto funcionamento do mesmo.


Efetuado troca dos mesmos e analisada as baterias contatei que estavam desgastadas e deveriam ser substituidas por outras novas 12V/7A.


Com os relês trocados e baterias novas e varistor ok, efetuei o teste simples de saida em carga resistiva 200w 127v e com um multimetro com leitura TRUE RMS, constatei uma pequena variação de tensão na qual foi corrigida com os trimpots e confirmada com carga real de potência. a frequencia estava em 60hz, a fase em ótimo balanceamento com á saída estavel e o regulador de tensão da bateria ajustados ( este modelo trabalha com bateria em serie(12v+12v).


O mesmo ficou perfeito suportando 3 computadores e estabilizando picos de tensão e variação de energia no simulador controlado monofasico isolado de tensão ( um trafo com saida de 95v e variação max 220v A/C).


O valor ficou em 2 baterias de 12v/7a + serviço de reparo do Nobreak, totalizando R$188,00.

Olá, muito bom o post, também estou restaurando um equipamento idêntico, entretanto estou com problemas para ajustar o carregador das baterias, o trimpot já está no máximo e ele ainda solta 18.6 V o correto seria 28.6 V, já troquei o CI LM 317 mas o problema persiste, o restante do aparelho já foi restaurado e o estabilizador e inversor estão OK falta esse problema no carregador, o antigo CI LM 317 fritou e o capacitor de 2200uF estourou, despois disso o carregado ficou em 18.6 V, tentei procurar o esquema mas sem cai neste post, parece o único na net com relação a esse equipamento, por um acaso vc teria uma dica para este problema ?? um grande abraço.

    1. Olá Leandro Kopp, muito obrigado por acessar o blog NoteBrasil, quanto ao seu problema, realmente é complicado sem o esquema, pois não temos a estrutura lógica do circuito e tensões.

      Normalmente utilizo a resolução do problema por etapas... procure tudo envolta d o capacitor danificado resistores e principalmente se houver diodo zenner, também veja se antes do CI lm317 existe tensão superior aos 28volts.

      Se não houver verifique os reles de comando e vá até o trafo e solte o fio correspondente a o"recarregador da bateria" e colete as tensões "alternadas e acrescente 33% ao resultado, que deve ser maior que 28 volts contínuos" isso mostra se está tendo tensão suficiente para "regulagem e recarregamento da bateria".

      acredito que o ponto chave seja o capacitor danificado e circuitos anexos e o ponto de entrada do LM 317.
